Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions for using the website, theory training PWA, videos, and all other services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by Menkyo Tottaru Academy (hereinafter referred to as "this Site"). Users must agree to these Terms before using the Service.

Article 1 (Applicability and Definitions)

  1. These Terms apply to all relationships between this Site and all persons who use the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Users").
  2. "Institutional Users" refers to driving schools, training centers, or other organizations that use or introduce the Service as an entity.

  2. Institutional Users must comply with these Terms and any separate agreements or memoranda (if applicable).

Article 3 (Account / Device Settings)

  1. Some features of the Service use the device's local storage and Cookies. Functionality may be restricted depending on device/browser settings.
  2. If account features are provided, Users are responsible for managing their authentication information and must not allow third parties to use it.

Article 4 (License / Scope of Use)

This Site grants Users the right to use the Service on a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable basis. Users may not copy, modify, publicly transmit, or redistribute content such as teaching materials, question data, UI, images, videos, logos, etc., for commercial purposes (internal use/introduction within schools is not restricted, but redistribution requires prior permission).

When using the Service, Users must not engage in the following acts:

  1. Acts that violate laws, public order and morals, discrimination, defamation, or infringement of third-party rights.
  2. Unauthorized access to the Service or servers, vulnerability probing, causing excessive load, scraping, or automated data collection.
  3. Reverse engineering, analysis, modification, secondary distribution, or imitation for the purpose of building a similar service.
  4. Fraudulent ad clicking, manipulation of impression counts, or obstruction acts such as ad-block evasion.
  5. Advertising, solicitation, or business activities not authorized by this Site.
  6. Other acts deemed inappropriate by this Site.

Article 6 (User Contributions / Feedback)

This Site has the right to use comments, suggestions, bug reports, and other feedback provided by Users free of charge, indefinitely, without regional limitation, and non-exclusively (including modification, publication, research and development, etc.). Article 7 (Ads / External Services)
